If you used some C shaped pieces of metal to use your stock AUX. light mount and then mount the light from the underside wouldn't be to pricey of a mod and you'd still get to use those nice looking stock lights. Although a set of PIAA's would look pretty cool but super expensive.
Already looking really killer, the DP has got to be one of my favorite Dynas. Tasteful choices on the mods.
Was going to ask- are you going to keep the signals mounted on the trees with the fairing? I ask because if you have a JD Customs fairing, it will most likely mount similar to the OG T sport fairing position, which covers up a good amount of that bottom tree. I had to ditch my sigs and take them off the lower tree when I mounted my JD T Sport.
I did have an idea to mount my signals on a crash bar though. I'm still playing with the idea, crash bar is probably my next mod. Looks like you might be able to rig something similar up pretty easy on the underside using the aux light tabs, if you found you had trouble with spacing once you got your fairing on.
Also- did the dealer you bought it from say that the bike had cams or anything done to it? The guys up here at Oakland Harley do a ton of the new CHP bikes and I know they swap cams before they even roll out the door, thought maybe that would be a pretty standard deal for a cop bike.

Signals fit fine with the fairing. The relocation kit I used pushes them far enough front the tree that I can fit the fairing between the signal and tree.
As far as cams, I have no idea. There was no discussion. I believe the cop bikes have a little more peppy cam, but my last bike was a 96" EFI with a few mods so by the seat of the pants, this thing is slower whether it has police cams or stock Harley FXD cams. That's probably my next big mod, it needs a little something more. Debating if I'm just going to spring for cams or hold off and do the whole 95" kit, cams, new carb etc all at once.
