Any reputable painter will not put his paint over anything that he hasn't prepped. I built a custom fattire in '04 and learned this lesson first hand.

My father in law is a well known high end body man. He prepped the tank. He got throat cancer they say from spraying/smoking so he no longer sprays. I called a body shop and they want 300. to one coat paint and clear my tank. I have a friend that does WOW style airbrushing. Waiting for him to call me back.
