What he said,,
It's simple really, just do a search on fuel octane ratings so you can grasp the concept,
(hint) it's about compression ratios.
If your friend is happy using the mix,, so be it,, but he's really not gaining anything with a stock engine.
For what it's worth I run 91 non-oxy, If I'm out on the road and fuel up at a station without non-oxy I'll use the common premium.
Like others have said on a stock bike it won't do anything but drain your wallet.
That being said I have ran VP MS-109 in my 106" build and noticed the bike being more responsive at every crack of the throttle and smelling delicious, but again it's expensive at almost $80 for 5 gallon can!
You guys are wrong, it will do something. It smells great and makes it run shitty and slower.. it will only make more power if the engine requires it and is tuned for it or if it's an extremely expensive ($30/gal) oxygenated fuel and tuned for it.
