Putting apes on my 92 dyna need help with cables?!?!?
Dyna Glide ModelsSuper Glide, Super Glide Sport, Super Glide Custom, Dyna Glide Convertible, Super Glide T-Sport, Dyna Glide Police, Dyna Switchback, Low Rider, Street Bob, Fat Bob and Wide Glide.
If you're not sure how to measure go here ( www.hdbikeparts.com ). Give them the info needed (Year, Make, Model) and they figure it for you and send you new cables and brake line/lines (Barnett/Goodridge).
Personally I wouldn't use used throttle/idle or clutch cables. They're wear and tear items. If you're looking to buy new longer ones from Harley off a different model then the brands listed above are much more of a quality product for about the same price if not cheaper, and also wont limit you in length.
I wasn't planning on buying anything used. Was hoping to buy a kit with everything already in it so I wouldn't have to buy individual cables. Couldn't find anything in a kit for my year bike and was wondering what years had the same cables. Appreciate your help. Very informative.
