Default 500$ smashed to pieces
Well I finished putting andrews cams, a supertrapp supermeg and installing my Memphis shades cafe fairing. So I go to hook up my brand new powervison from fuel moto and I dropped that little bugger on the cement taking it out of the bag. Back of the case is cracked. It powers up but cannot detect the ecm when you try to download. Not happy with my bad self right now.

Gak. That sucks!

Sellers will often do the right thing in those kinds of circumstances. Try talking with Fuel Moto (who seem to have a good rep) and see if they can do anything for you...

Damn, sorry to hear that. I agree with Dav that you should try talking to them. Maybe they can repair it. If not you might ask if they can possibly sell you another unit at cost to soften the blow. Hopefully then can do something for you.

Is the bike 'on'? Unless the bike is turned to 'on' and the Run/Off switch is set to run, it won't detect the ECM. I would be surprised if you broke anything inside. If you did, just contact the MFG and see what they can do. They would probably help you out in some way given the circumstances.

Thanks guys, it's not fuel motos fault, and I bought it quite a while ago but hadn't gotten things installed till now. Everything is on and plugged in, it is quite cracked. I was surprised it turned on even

oddly enough , I am dealing with a pv issue (inner screen cracked didn't drop it)right now , fuel moto was great but sent me to dyna jet, give them a call and tell them what happened , you might be surprised how helpful they can be.800-992-3525

I just went thru the same issue where the inner screen cracked and it was not from being dropped. I sent it to DynoJet And they charged me $300 to replace it.

That sucks. Sounds like something I would do. Hopefully you get it taken care of as cheap as possible.
