2014 Fxdwg Front fat tire
So this year I switched from a fatboy to a new wide glide and am missing that big front tire. I am looking at getting a new front wheel and tire when I wear this current One out. I was wondering what you other wide glide owners out there have done. I wanna see what size wheels and tires people have switched too So I can get a good image. Some pics would be much appreciated.

That would make sense lol. No I love the rake of the wide glide and figured it'd be more efficient to add a fat front tire to a wide glide than to rake out a fat bob.

You can fit a 90/90 21" on the stock front wheel, which great fills in the space, improves the ride and looks!
Wide glides should have come stock w/ a 90/90 instead of that skinny *** tire.

It does look outta place. I will probably do a 90/90 when this one wears down but I am looking more like a 130 mm front. Don't know what size wheel yet as far as 17 in or up to 21 in. Thats why I'm hoping some people out there have done this to their wg so I can get a image to work with.

I'm in the same boat but with a Super Glide. Supposedly, I can fit a 19 or 21 by 3.5 rim without changing out the trees. I'm really hoping so as the skinny front is not for me. I thought I'd like it but it just does not feel planted in corners.

It's interesting how we can all see the same bike yet each of us see something very different, that's what makes it all so much fun when it comes to tinkering with motorcycles, no matter how we see it each of us is right 
The original idea behind the Wide Glide was a factory build that payed homage to the custom choppers being built back in the day, the wide raked front end, tank flames, and slender 21" wheel is part of that look, I've always thought the Wide Glide is the best looking bike HD has ever built and perhaps I've seen Easy Rider one too many times but I like the old school look. I do plan on adding a solid chrome rear wheel and extending my forks to 3 1/2" over to more accurately reflect the FXDG 'Willie G Disc Glide' limited edition Wide Glide done up in the early 80's, I will swap to the 90/90/21 tire to more completely fill fender space but that's as large as I plan to go, I want to stick with a 21 x 2.15 spoke wheel to follow the Wide Glide tradition.
What do you get when you take the rear suspension and frame of the FLH and combine it with the front end of an XLH? The FX series, Factory Experimental. The WG, like all the FX bikes, is based on the FX Super Glide and it was the wide raked front, flames, and that slender 21" spoke wheel that made it the Wide Glide... tradition, I love it! Now if they'd only put the proper rear fender back on the darn thing!
Djolson, if you do swap to a larger wheel/tire combo be sure and post up images, I'd love to see it and know what your thoughts are on any changes in handling you notice

Anyone tried Commander III's cruiser 90/90/21 wide glide
I am about to upgrade to the commander III's cruiser tire in 90/90/21, but a little nervous if they still fit with the same clearence on the fender. They say the shape of the tire is more rounded, but I hope not taller.
