Hi I have a 2010 street bob that I just did a stage 1 to- vance and hines side shots, dk customs 425 air cleaner and a cobra fi2000 powerpro tuner.
Since I did all this it seems like im going through a crazy amount of fuel. Im talking 120 miles per tank tops.
I've checked and rechecked all my connections and made sure the powerpro lights up when I turn the key on. Also im running 91 octane fuel.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Have you been enjoying the stage 1.......what I mean is, have you been enjoying the throttle an little to much?
Does the fi2000 allow for different tune options? If so, try a few out, there may be some "pay to play" options and there might be some "don't burn a whole in my wallet" options on there. 135-145 might be an ideal number to go for with around town commutes.
Lol yes at times ive been enjoying the stage one but most times im just going with the flow of traffic.
The tuner is an auto tuner so there is no adjustments on my end.
Ive also been finding it still pops and backfires quite a bit. My understanding was this tuner helps eliminate that
I have 2 bikes and both have tuners...One has a Thundermax and the other has a Screaming Eagle. They both pop and crack when you engine decelerate...BFD doesn't bother me a bit.
Have you tried to ride your bike in a really conservative manner for 50-100 miles and then fill it up ? That
is the best way to find out what your true mileage is...Both of mine will do 50mpg if you really "baby" them, but most times it's 35-40. The difference is in the wrist.
The "flow of traffic" here is between 65-85 and that is too fast for good mileage. Don't do over 50 and check your consumption again.

I'm in the same boat with my 2013 fxdbp. Has 103 big radius pipes and se intake also se race tuner is what the shop told me. I'm getting pretty low mileage. Does anyone know the tank size on the street bob maybe My fuel gauge is just not reading accurately

4.7 gallons. I fill mine up before it's super low and have roughly the same range as the OP. Usually put around 3 gallons in the tank and been averaging between 40-45 MPG. Almost all fwy, but I'm not necessarily easy on it.
Of topic but are you happy with the thundermax? It was a toss up for me between the two I just cringed at the over $900 price tag
While it has it's own problems, I like it a lot better than the Screaming Eagle. I got mine from a guy whose father closed down his cycle shop and moved into the area. Got a good buy on it...
