I have the Mustang Squareback which is basically a more padded version of the Fastback. It's a good fit for me @ 5'6". Not sure how great it would be for those bigger in stature.

I did the same thing ape hangar did.. Couldnt be happier. The Mustang vintage solo (and accompyning pax. pillion) is an awesome seat . Had a sundowner 2 up for awhile.. sold it though.. didnt like the ride height or how far forward it put me.

Everyone talks about the Sundowner pushing them forward but mine seems to have moved me back...or at least kept me in the same spot.

Never tried a Sundowner, but I do have a Mustang one piece Touring seat on my '09 Fat Bob. Very comfortable and I highly recommend.

I would steer clear of Corbin. They treated me like crap as a customer years ago.

I have a Sundowner, it's not bad but does put me forward and higher than my stock seat. The wife says its comfortable. I guess you need to have a couple seats if you can .

If you're taller and don't want to move forward, you want the Tallboy, not the Sundowner. They look very similar. In fact, the previous post who said his Sundowner moved him up 2" and back 1.5"....that sounds exactly like what a Tallboy will do, and not a Sundowner.

I've got one. It's a significant change. So much so that I felt like I needed 2" spacers under my risers to put the bars back in the right spot (I have a Fat Bob).

Right now I'm running the Mustang Vintage Solo w/ backrest, and the Tallboy is sitting on the couch in the living room. I'm 6'5". The Mustang is definitely more cramped in the leg department than the Tallboy, but oddly enough, I've stuck with it and it doesn't seem too bad now. I'm even running it more lately without the backrest. Also, I've left the spacers under the risers. Go figure.

I guess I'm going to buck the system, at 195 and only 5'6" (Built like someone who's 6.0" but with Smirf legs (29" Inseam)....LOL!) I just couldn't get comfortable on the Mustang so I ended up with the Saddlemen Exployer. Regarding the Sundowner I too felt it pushed me to far forward and was too high. Perhaps if I still had pegs it may have worked but I have boards. Prior to the Saddlemen, I had the Harley Reduced reach which just like the Standard seat it felt like I was ridding on a upholstered brick and killed my wife's back. My rides tend to be 200-300 miles through curves. The seat height is about the same as the Mustang but more lower back support. It is a slight bit wider under the thighs but even with my Smirf legs I can still flat foot both feet at a stop.

That mostly depends on what seat a person is running prior. The Corbin 2 up seat that was on my bike when I bought it had my nutz practically resting on the gas tank, while the Bare Bones and Hollywood Solo I tried for a while, and now Mustang Vintage solo that I'm using all sit me back further. The Vintage Solo seems to be the perfect combo of height and how far back it sits me for my legs and mid controls.
