i would guess not. the frames are different. i guess if thestruts are the same distance apart you could probably drill some holes and maybe add/subtract some metal to get it to fit. can you just trim your existing fender to make it look like a nightster?

I bought an 04 or 05 fender from a sporty for a custom project that I got going on and the dimensions are very similiar to my 07 dyna's fender ... fender strut mounting holes are a little different but a drill would fix that

i doubt the nightster fender is 8.5 inches wide that it needs to be to fit on your bike.. you can order from custom shops a bobbed fender, just make sure you specify that you need it to be 8.5inches wide... look at my "did alil work" threadi mounted a tombstone fender, looks sick. not a bobbed fender but maybe itll give ya some ideas.

jPiper, is the sporty fender as wide as your 07 dyna's fender??

If so, I am impressed.

Pictures of your project - please.

if i remember correctly the nightster fender looked to be at least an inch to an inch an ahalf narrower then the dyna fender. im not sure how much an HD fender runs but you may be able to find a similar style fender for less with the dimension you need.

My sporty fender is 8 inches wide and I believe the dyna is 8 1/4 .... I bought one cheap off ebay (1) to see if it would fit and (2) to chop like a nightster . Its just right to fit on my rigid yamaha xs650 so it has a new home once I modify it a little .

Well I am impressed. Did not realize the sporties were 8 wide.

Not to mention the mockup of your yomama chopper.
Sporty fender and sporty tank.

Very nice so far. Keep up the good work.

Finished product should be a killer second machine.

I alsolike the creativity with the toolbox drawer as a scootblock.
