I wasn't sure about Apes on the Fat Bob, but that looks fantastic! They seem to fit you perfectly as well from a height perspective. I like that tail light arrangement, is that how the bike comes now?

Nice job, great ride!
Thanks! I agree that they were good for my height. I think if I had gone any higher it would have been too much. I'm short... 5'7". The tail lights are entirely stock.. the way the '15 comes right out of the box.
I have the same (or similar) apes on my Fat Bob... and I love the look of them on the bike...
Love the look on yours too - these bikes look great with the mini apes.
But I find that my fingers go all tingly after about 30 - 45 min of riding (supposedly because my hands are above my shoulders - I think its just because I am old and out of shape)
I would be interested in knowing if you experience the same thing when riding.

Well... I will be finding out really soon, as I have a trip down to Jackpot in June, and about a 10 hour trip to Susanville, Ca coming up in July. I'll know if I made a terrible mistake or not. Lmao I'll report back.
Interesting, I'm 5'7" as well but found the reach a little long for me!
I think I might be built a little like Clyde the orangutan from Every Which Way But Loose. Or ET. Lol. Long arms, short legs.
If you adjust the pullback, at least on the Wild 1s that I have, you can find a sweet spot where you don't feel like that. I actually JUST pushed mine forward this morning, and they are just right for me now. It's all personal preference, thpugh, obviously.
One added thing: for me, at 5'7", these 14" bars are high. When they're in line with the forks, they are verrrry slightly lower than my shoulders, if not right at. Pushed forward, however, it takes them a bit higher... a bit higher than my shoulders, maybe. What I like about them is I can keep them there or pull them back and that's enough to adjust them within legal range if I know that I'm going to be traveling somewhere where that's a thing. Here in Idaho, it doesn't matter, but in California, for example, it might. So they're at perfect height for me.
johnnyg Thanks for putting the pics up. I actually was deciding between 12 and 16s for my 2015 fat bob. I think i'll be getting the same bars you have.
You can kinda see in my sig pic - I have mine a little forward which makes them higher.
I really like the look and I like the ride, but I have noticed that it forces me to ride more forward than I really like and the wind hits me right square in the chest/head with the windshield off.
Speaking of which - I gotta get new pics of the bike... its so much prettier without the windshield.

Your apes are pushed forward to what it looks like the exact angle that mine are if not just really close. You're not kidding with that wind... I'm looking at investing in the Windvest windshild, 14x14... I've seen pictures of it on bikes right here on this forum and it looks like it's a lot less visible. I've heard good things... my mom has one on her WG.
