Have a 2014 Wide Glide with dealer installed V&H big radius pipes, SE high flow filter and a SE super tuner used by the dealer to dyno tune. My fuel mileage hasn't changed and the bike runs good under power. When I let off the throttle the bike pops a lot in any gear between 3500 and 2000 rpm. Should I pay the $450 to have it back on the dyno? I was thinking of calling fuel moto and starting over again? Thoughts?

What does Fuel Moto have to do with it? Take it back to dealer. You paid for dyno. The operator should either add some decel enleanment and you should be open loop in most of the decel map range under 3500 so they may need to add bit more fuel. Long story short is you shouldn't pay for another dyno. They will likely correct it at no charge.
When dynode, they added fuel. more fuel helps keep the engine cool, you can take it back and have it turned downed, I would leave it as is. the pop your hearing is just burning off fuel when slowing from higher speeds
slyedog it right on the money, you've already paid for the dyno and it needs another visit as your tune is not quite there yet, a dyno tune is only as good as the guy running the dyno, I'd give them another shot at it and see if they can improve your current tune, but yea, IMO you shouldn't have to pay twice.
I opted for a Power Vision for my '13 Wide Glide, the FuelMoto map started out great and after a few auto tune runs and doing a bit of work on the maps using the DynoJet software I've got zero decel popping, roll the throttle closed at 5.5k RPM and let it drop, she sounds great top to bottom; makes sweet power and gets decent mileage. That Power Vision is a fun toy to tune with

Yeah man, I'm agreeing with the others... take it back. It's not right so I'm sure they will square it away.
Yeah, the dealer I use seem to run a good business so I think I'll head over there. I noticed another potential problem with the bike also. Since the tune the ECM doesn't seem to go through the startup sequence like it did stock. The check engine light should come on with the ignition and stay lit for approximately 2 seconds and then turn off. Mine will sometimes come on for the two seconds and sometimes it doesn't come on at all. Has anyone else experienced this after a tune?
The other strange thing that changed after the tune is my fuel range. I know that they do not read exact miles to empty and that I can't rely on it however it is off by 30 miles compared to before the tune. My actual fuel mileage hasn't changed, just the digital range on my display??? Thoughts ???

Likely reset after flashing calibration into the ecm. Give it some time to learn and average back out.
It doesn't need to go back on the dyno to fix decel pop, that really has nothing to do with the dyno but it is part of the tune and they should fix it. They just need to know what to do to the map. I could eliminate the popping in about 30 seconds with that exhaust.
