Can anyone help me i love my conleys tsport replica fairing but cannt get the buffeting to stop. If anyone else has this issue how did u fix it? I dont want to have to sell this killer fairing because its uncomfortable to ride with. If i lean forward the buffeting settles down. Feels like the wind is coming up over the tank and into my face.
I just bought the one thats half a pie pan It looks ugly as hell But maybe itll work. I see tons of tsport fairinga out there. What gives. How is it they ride with no issues with the same fairing?
I'm not too fairing savvy but can you adjust the angle at all? The windshield I have that I never use and just collects dust in my garage has to be mounted at just the right angle or it is like riding in a funnel cloud while Mike Tyson(late 80's/early 90's Iron Mike, not face tattoo Mike) punches you in the face from both sides.

Note that there are a few different T-Sport Fairings available so they're not all the same as yours. Sounds like the windshield is maybe an inch too short or angled wrong. You can try different height windshields, change the angle, try a tank raise kit, or just sell it and buy a different fairing.
I just installed a JD Customs T-Sport fairing and experience almost no buffeting. Vast improvement over HD Compact Windshield, which I'll be selling soon on fleabay because I felt like a bobblehead no matter how I adjusted it. With the JD, you can adjust the windshield tilt for fine tuning independently of the fairing, which you can't do with a Conley. That's the main reason I chose the JD over Conley.

Hopefully it's not too visible once installed and painted or something, and hope it will help.
I'd also see if you had options to play with angle. It would be great if you could get it to work right for you. I think sometimes it depends on the rider, my current ness fairing was a very pleasant surprise. It sits high on the forks which must help keep flow equal behind, with my height it works 10 times better than my previous larger windshield and no buffeting. It may take some alterations but I'm sure you'll get yours figured out!
Angle the fairing forward. I bought a H-D style quarter fairing earlier this year and got it mounted and had terrible buffeting like you had and it worked better the higher I went and the further forward I could tilt the entire fairing. I looked at a Conley's T-Sport faring like you have with the solid shield but I had a feeling adjustment with an entire solid shield would be a pain since you can't change out shields.
