LED Headlights
You can get 90 or 100 watt High beam H4's on Amazon for about 12.00 each with a choice of low beam wattage. Been using them for years and they increase lighting significantly for a few bucks more than stock 60/55. Of course they are for "off road" use only, so dim them when meeting traffic.
I tried a few options, including the Cyron and could not get it to fit in a 2014 FXDL housing so spent the extra on a Daymaker. A buddy was following me late the other evening and he was very impressed with the output from it. It really does outperform the "retro-fit" options and is worth the money.
I used a bi-xenon HID kit that never quite worked right but was plenty bright compated to stock. It always threw codes and the high beam barely ever stayed on. It also lit up road signs so much that I was blinded to everything else. I tore it out and installed an 85/100 watt osram bulb that was much better than stock for the $. I just installed the premo rivera led headlight (1116-0201) a couple of weeks ago and it seems like the best option so far. Eastern Performance Cycle has it for just over $200 but I think you can get it a little cheaper with a coupon code.
