Default Surge issue

I've had this issue for quite some time now and I just can't figure it out. I will try to explain it best I can to see if anyone has any suggestions. I have a 2005 Wide Glide FXDWGI 88. I have a surge, almost misfire at 2000 to around 2800 rpm range at light throttle. It gets annoying. It is at it's worst at 2400 rpm. The surge has been there since I bought the bile used with 15000 miles on it. The only mod the bike had when I got it is Sampson BG3 pipes. I have since put a stage 11 AC, Power Commander and Woods TW6 cams and had it dyno tuned at my local HD dealer. The issue seems to have gotten worse after I put the cams in. I figured the tune would have straightened it out, but it did not. I have also tried new plugs and wires. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I do have the dyno sheet if that would help. Thank you

If you determined that there are no mechanical issues like leaking intake or exhausts, you may want to find somebody else to tune the bike. Just because someone has a dyno doesn't mean they are proficient at it.

Thats what Im thinking. Problem is, I cant find anyone local with a dyno.

Im not liking the look of the hp/torque curve either. Kinda funky but Im no dyno expert. I was told that my pipes may be causing the issue, I'm not sure I buy that.

It's the weekend and probably a lot of members are out riding, so try posting in the Ignition/Tuner/ECM section. Post up the dyno sheet, too. You might get a better response, and someone in your area could have a good tuning shop for you.
