2006 FXDI Gas Tank Cap Replacement
I have a 2006 FXDI with the stock flush mount aviation style gas cap. Hate it, had to replace the whole assembly (very expensive) when it broke and even the new one is very touchy to get on just right without breaking it. I would rather have a regular screw-on cap. I bought a converter from JP's that was supposed to fit it, it didn't. The diameter is too small compared to stock. Can anyone recommend a replacement that actually works? The pictures show a stock setup on the left (not my bike, but one just like it and mine has all of the screws) and the supposed replacement setup from JP's on the right.
