I am going to get a pair of JRI non adjustable shocks. I have talked to Tige at JRI, he recommend 13" heavy spring and lower the preload to preserve the same ride height. Now I have progressive 430, weight 165 lbs feet flat on ground. What's your experience? Thanks! Alex
The more travel you get the better the ride. I only increased my shocks by 1/2" and there was little difference. When I switched to the mustang (wide vintage) seat the narrower front made flat footing possible. With your weight I would definitly get some feedback on using the heavy springs
