23inch ride right front wheel fat spoke, 18x180 rear wheel black with red nipples

Runs like a champ at 110 mile an hour no shakes runs true

Is the bike lowered at all, I can't tell for sure?

Nice. You will not regret the extra $ for the quality. I have sinisters. Same quality as ride right. Got a fender lined up or staying fenderless. I only suggest adding a few red accents to balance contrast of the red nipples. Keep the overall color balance of the bike appealing.

Not running fender on front I am going to have Harley Davidson on gas tank painted red to match powder coat on nipples and then maybe a red gator spring seat and that its for red. The bike is not lowered stock height with upgraded rear suspension went with progressive 444 in rear and Harley Davidson mono tube in the front.
