Default Lowering a Superglide?

What is involved? I am only 5'6" and am wondering ifI would be more comfortable.

i'm only5'6 too and i had to get the progressive 412-4037c lower shocks. i put them on with a little help in about 10 mins. i think they were the best thing i could have done. the bike is way more comfortable now.

Arlen Ness makes an adapter to lower 1 inch.

Just installed 11 inch 412s. I am 5'8". Bike seems to handle much better...not so much shocks but the lower center of gravity. Wish I had done sooner. Pretty easy install...a little tricky on the second shock getting things to align.

Lowering the front is free and easy. Loosen up the triple tree clamps and move the fork tube up 1/2 - 3/4".
