I've got 16's, they took some getting used to at first. My hands would start going numb, so I'd have to shake them out every once in a while to keep some blood flowing. I think it's like most things, you build a tolerance to it. I still haven't gone on any long rides, but I've gone 150-200 miles with no problems.

some here took some getting used to............I addded the floorboards after the apes,for comfort......now not a problem at all............................................... ....LO..............

ya they take a little gettin used to. i run 50 mi each way to work and had done 30k with the stock bars with 4" risers and when the 16" went on the first few weeks my right shoulder would burn kinda like straind feelin but that went away after awhile. the first long ride was 600 miles and it wasnt too bad. the stops from time to time helped me thur that one. like the others said you'll build a tolerance as your muscles get used to the new position.

I used 16's at first and my hands feel asleep also.. Went with Chubby 12.5's and solved the weary hands.. Also solved slow speed Handeling in tight aeras.. With the stock seat the 16's were not as bad, But with the corbin H/W Solo it droped my buttat least1 1/2 and back at least 1" which made them seem even higher. I can ride allday now without any problem.. Measure everything before you go to alot of time and expence.
