What's the best air cleaner for maximum HP gains and throttle response

I think you'd need a sensitive dyno to tell the difference between one air cleaner and another. Pick the one you like the looks of.

I like the look of the spike air cleaners but I don't believe they are a true cold air intake

Like Reindeer said, one aftermarket AC is not going to have any measurable gain over another by itself. Go with the one that has the best quality, reputation and style in the look that you prefer.

Sorry friend, it doesn't really work like that.
We don't know what you've all done to your bike but,,
Swapping an AC alone won't gain you anything. You'll need to do a little more study about how engine air flow and the air/fuel mix works and look for info about what's called "Stage 1".
What other mod's have you done?
