The '16 Dynas get a new air cleaner, not just a filter. The air cleaner is the same Ventilator a/c with the washable, reusable air filter that comes on the CVO bikes.

The new 103 HO has 5% more torque than the 103. This is a noticable improvement. Once you ride with this extra 5% of liquid chrome power you will know you have arrived. This is the kind of uncut power that only Harley Davidson can deliver. There is no substitute for Low Riding with over 100 foot pounds of soul stirring torque that the 103 HO delivers.

I'm not sure 5% can be felt. This is less than what Stage 1 will do to say a
'14 or '15 base 103. It would be an interesting comparison between base 103 and HO 103 via butt dyno vs real dyno.

I'm not sure either, I was just having a lil' fun with the Harley advertising shtick. At this point I don't know if I am even going to get a new Harley. I have enough saved up now for a mint used one. I may go that route. I am even fine with a 96 ci if the bike is in nice condition.
