Sideplate Help Please
Looking for some measurements on detachable side plates, Please. My 04/05 Wide Glide rear fenders plates mount at 12.5" I'm looking to see if I can find something that mounts 10.5" center to center that'll work with my saddlebags, bar & luggage rack. When Harley made the fender that year they only offered detachable plates or bags, but not both at the same time. Wondering if I can use a newer set of plates. It would all come down to where the backrest supports will sit according to seat. Any measurements are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Also curious what the outcome would to the chrome if I had my current plates cut to fit?
