Another Mount-Stabiliser Thread
Hi all, have done a fair bit of reading on the various options (vibratechnics, sputhe, true-track) and opinions etc. While I don't ride my 2012 FXDF like a cafe racer I do want to ensure that I have as much chance as possible of keeping it, and myself, right side up and our roads are pretty windy with undulating and pot holded surfaces. I have upgraded both front and rear suspension and have now encountered the dreaded wobbles a few times - not bad enough to scare the ***** out of me but enough to say I need to reduce/remove the risk of it catching me out.
So, I was originally leaning towards true-track for the front and rear but changed to thinking vibratechnics front and sputhe rear but have just seen another rear mount, BBC's. My question is what out of the options do you consider the best - I'm thinking Vibra and BBC now. Thanks

So; anyone using both Vibra-Technics and BBC? At this point I'll definitely put Vibra-Tech on my shopping list for winter mods. Bike could use some improvement. I had the Sputhe mounts on my FXDXT and they really helped steady the bike, especially in rougher curves...the Vibra-Tech looks very tidy.
I put the Vibra-Technic mount on about 4 or 5 months ago....I have a stock rear mount and I was going to put a rear stabilizer on as well, but there is absolutely no need for it.
Since I installed the mount the Dyna is every bit as stable as my FXR's.

Vibra Technics for me, the improvement is obvious as soon as you take off. Along with 15 wt fork oil, HD Emulsion rear shocks and correctly tensioned steering head bearings, the difference in handling and steering is amazing
