I recently purchased a 2016 FXDL ABS. I do not have the bike in my possession yet as I am having some modifications added(Thunderheader, big sucker, t-sport fairing, 13" FM risers and bars). I will post pics when I have it. This is my second Harley(first was a 2014 streebob that was destroy while and old lady ran me over and I have healed enough to ride) and my question is how does this bike compare to the streetbob in terms of handling characterists and comfort? Thanks for the imput.
The stock seat is great for the driver but sucks for the passenger. Harley custom seats are expensive in the neighborhood of $500. I bought a used seat that came off of a late model Switchback. It fits like a glove and it is not only way more comfortable for all day for the passenger but it has a little thicker padding for the driver as well so it is more comfortable for me too. I only paid $140 including shipping off of Ebay and it was in mint condition.
I've had mine for 6 months now.
