I cant believe Custom Dynamics charges what they do for $2 in LED's...

I'm finally ready to switch to LED's as my bike keeps killing incandescent bulbs, but they sure as hell wont be custom dynamics lights unless they're at a great discount.

I'm an electronics guy. Go ahead, wire up your own. If you understand what a constant voltage drop means, and you understand current limiting, and you can use the appropriate mathematics to calculate the appropriate values for load limiting resistors, have at it.

There are roughly 200 LED's, plus four printed circuit boards, plus four plugs, plus four lenses. Yes, the PCB's are small, but you're going to have to fab them yourself.

Good luck.

I did my new RGS front and back. $90 for the front and $90 for the back. $2 each for new lenses. Love it! Super bright at night.

(Sarcasm on)I can't believe how much the MOCO charges for a new bike, you can buy a whole car for less than they are charging for a motorcycle.(Sarcasm off)

On topic, I installed them on my RKC and love them. This is the next upgrade for the FXDF.

They look good. I went with Radiantz signal led's. They are equally very bright. http://www.radiantz.com/en/products#...=0&sort=normal

Have to ask cvaria, your living in Tallahassee with palm trees growing in the yard is puzzling because they will not survive any N FL Winter, and thereby have to be replanted for summer growth which amounts to always having small young infant palms on the property. If you know how keep them living through the winter months please say something as I would have grown a many of palms while up there.
