Default Wide Glide Frame

Does anyone know if there is a difference in rake between the wide Glide and Low Rider. While looking at wide Glides it looks like the the front end on the WG is kicked out more.
Thanks Jonnierock

Yep...

The Low Rider has a 30.5° head rake with 25.5" fork tubes

The Wide Glide has a 34° head rake with 27.5" fork tubes

I thought the FXDL number looked a little low so I wandered out to the garage and checked my the notes from when I rebuilt my son's 2004 FXDLI, and I have it documented as a 39mm front fork with 32 degrees rake.

Yep, in '04 the FXDL had 39mm forks, 24.25" tubes and 32° rake, current FXDL's are showing 49mm forks, a 30.5° head rake with 25.5" fork tubes. It was '06 when HD started in with the 49mm forks and new rake...

My 14 FXDL shows 29° on the neck of my bike. Unless its picking up the extra 1.5° from the trees?

Exactly. '06+ Low Riders are the same frame as the Super Glide and Street Bob, with different trees. I think.

Frames are the same. The trees are different because the top tree from my LR won't line up with the set of Bob trees I got to fix my bike last winter.
