1000 mi service Question

Anyone out there with an 07 having 1000mi service done using syn3, and any problems??? I'm at 600mi and looking at service in a few days, then off to Indy thats a 700mi trip

Syn 3 is factory fill on CVO models. No problem putting synthetic in at any time.

I had my 100 mile service done about 2 week ago, had them put synthetic all around. I've put about 300 miles on since then and can't tell any difference from standard oil.

I've been running the syn3 for 4k miles...You'll notice a differance when temps go up...worth the money...Later

Near about twenty thousand miles on mine,clean ,cool and no consumption problems.

For what it is worth, I just hadmy 1000done 2 weeks ago and the dealer told me that HD no longer recommends Syn3 in the tranny or the primary. They put Syn3 in the crankcase and Formula + in the other holes. If my dealer is right?, then if the MOCO has a problem with Syn3 in the tranny and primary that is reason enough for me to not use it.

I will stick with syn3 for the motor but will start changing the tranny and primary myself using Redline or Mobil1.
