I had to laugh when I saw the new battery covers. They look exactly like the stock one on my '99...which I always hated... Painting it helps. It's still too boxy. Eventually I'll get a little lithium battery and figure out something better to cover it.

I actually like it and purchased one for my older LR. Seems everyone has an all chromed one or blacked out. I guess I like it because its different...

Dropped both covers off to get powder coated today. The adhesive was a MF'r to get off.

Chrome version of the cover used on the later Street Bobs and Switchbacks. Took me awhile to get the part #, its not an accessory, but an option with the chrome package on the HD1 Street Bob.
