Here's a picture of my LePera Daytona Two-Up. The back may not be as "low profile" as you like, but the lines still flow well with the bike and my girlfriend reports a high level of comfort back there...
Although she did say that she sometimes misses the level of vibration that made it through the stock FXDX seat...
The Daytona looks like it has some decent back support. Due to the popularity of this one, maybe I'll find one around locally to try before I make the jump. Thanks!
I have the Biltwell Continental seat on my SB and it's perfect (and didn't break the bank). Cradles me in the bike and comes up high enough to get the lower back support. I like the looks as well.
