For anyone considering Viking bags, I had a set on my Fatboy and packed the crap out of them including a few 1k rides and they held up fantastically. I skipped their mounts though and used EZ Brackets. Lock on / lock off, minimal hardware left behind, plus is you can just carry the bags into your destination/hotel like luggage. Hey dudes, anyone know if there is a rack that attaches like this one, that will fit our bikes? HD makes one but specifically only fits the 180 rear tire of the wide glide. I want to keep my rear seat and tall sissy bar without attaching to the rack itself. I love this idea just can't find anything that fits our fender / struts.
Has anyone with a Low Rider S put the round Screaming eagle air cleaner kit # 29400240 on instead of the OEM one? I got the one HD listed would fit but the Bracket don't match the patten of the one already on there.
I rode 150+ miles yesterday with a group, and I was beat when I got home. Just picked the bike up on Thursday, so some of it is getting used to it. I'm retired and money is a consideration.
I want to keep the look, and don't need it to be quick release.
