I purchased a no name Chinese lead filled LED awhile back for about $22. Works great at night but during the day my wife and others have said they can't see it.
At night especially on high beam people have complained about the brightness.
Thanks Ron for posting the link. I tried a different H4 replacement bulb the local indy had which didn't work in someone else's bike. It didn't work on mine either as was then to deep to fit in the bucket. Concerned that going with the projector bulb I won't have enough light to the sides like when leaning into curves. I ride in deer country so a bright spot only down the rode won't work. From some research and one guy I know with the daymakers say the projectors are awesome but takes more than one light to get that kind of coverage. Thoughts on both appreciated.
I installed an OPT7 35W/3500 lumen/5,000 Kelvin LED bulb in my Low Rider this summer and liked it enough to buy two more for my daughter's pickup. Very bright, wide and even coverage, good component quality, and 2 Year warranty for $60 from Amazooons. Now about to buy two more for my new pickup.
