2005 dyna, no spark in the Philippines. Help please
I have an 05 super glide and have no spark to the crank sensor or coils at both connections. I do have all lights on in the speedo, all fuses have power on both sides, new 500 cranking amp battery and grounds are cleaned and good. I have spent 2 days cleaning connections and have apart the whole fuse box and components. There is not a lot of HD support here so any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for helping. No power to the crank sensor or the coils. I have the service manual and short of starting to throw parts at it I am looking for a ground problem, rubbed wire etc.. Hard here as there is not a decent HD mechanic in this country. We have to try and figure these things out our self and I am far from a mechanic..
How many pins on the connector? Looks like only 1 or 2. Colors? The wiring diagram attached is from a 2003 service manual. Not sure how it compares to 2005. I have a carbed 1999 which is quite a bit different, so I'm not able to help as much I'd like.
Trace the crank sensor circuit all the way back to the ignition module. Is it intact?
Does the ignition module have power?
