I made a template from my softail windshield and had one made out of 1/8 inch lexon. I changed the size of the hole for the headlight and extended the sides down about 2 inches. I then installed this one on my wifes bob, replacing the smaller one that was on it. She couldn't thank me enough. The wind in her face is for the most part gone. It is so much better than the original one. $50 dollars for the new windshield.

I am doing the windshield angle. I try 2" out at the bottom was just a little to much. Then I went back and try 1" now buffeting start around 90 mph. That alittle better on buffeting. I will try it on a long run this weekend. I am going try a plate to back up the headlight space when I get more time.
