Hello all currently replacing my 1/4 Allen heads with smooth chrome in my 05 dyna. My question is the small washers that are on the current bolts I cannot find, would these be call "an" washers? I'm aware Harley sell the kit for this project however I work for a fastener company and price is more than half. Thanks
You know flat washers come in a selection of standard ODs for any given nominal/bolt size. What OD do you need? If not available, maybe look into machine bushings?
NEVER rule out the possibility that a large manufacturer has custom spec fasteners.
Consider checking Fueling, Diamond, Gardner-Wescott, and Colony

No. That's an entirely different fastener type. Try SEMS bolts, body bolts, washer head bolts, flange head bolts, etc. I don't know what sizes you're looking for....
Just grind down some fender washers. It will look amazing! lol
Truth!
These started out as standard 5/8 flat washers. ID turned out to .750", OD turned down to 1.000", thickness ground to .100". I needed some special axle spacers. . Easy when you have access to some equipment.
