Tranny oil from factory?!

Tranny oil from factory?!
I have a 2016 wide glide...tranny fluid is a little low after changing the cover to chrome. I don't want to mix oils so what oil did the tranny come with from the factory? Syn3? He360?

Unless there's been some drastic changes from '13 to '16 your Wide Glide transmission takes, per the owners manual, approximately 28 ounces of fluid. On my '13 it's right around 29 ounces.
Factory fill on my '13 in primary and transmission was Formula+. Nasty stuff and it was dumped on day 1 new off the dealers floor, lots of better options for the transmission are available. If you've already lost fluid due to the cover change it's a great opportunity to change out the Formula+ to a proper gear lube suited to the task such as Redline V-Twin Transmission fluid w/shockproof or Mobil 1 synthetic gear lube...
