On a 2011 wideglide are the rear wheel/axle spacers the same size and which side/way do they orientate?
Just had tyre change and it is definitely now to the left is the rear wheel, brake rotor not centered and the drive belt hugging right hand side of the pulley.
Caliper and rotor misalignment is a good indication but I am no Dyna expert. Can you see or measure a difference? If yes then disassemble and reassemble with change.
both my 81FX and 89 FXR had different lengths for each side but I cannot say about a newer Dyna
Thanks all yes it is measureable/noticeable - 3mm - I will check which is on which side.
Got similar issue on front after a powdercoating hub and relaceing but i know those spacers are correctly mounted. i am wondering on front if the bearings are not back in properly or fitted to wrong side (if it makes a difference) as its 1/4" to rhs and again rotor out of centre.
Wheel bearings and spacers have a specific installation with the 1st bearing installed to the correct depth followed by pulling the other bearing opposite side against the spacer to the 1st installed. If you do not have this information, look on the H-D website for custom wheel your application then note the correct wheel spacer specified. Search for H-D installation instruction that kit and it will prescribe installation.
When you had the front hub powder coated, did they unlace the hub from the rim and then relace it?
Edit: I see it was relaced. It could have been relaced off center.

If the rotor is not aligned with the calipers, (providing it's the same hubyou sent that you got back), it's not because of the lacing job. Most likely the bearings not seated in the proper sequence as was mentioned.

I agree with that.
If you put the front wheel on without the caliper attached to the slider, and the rotor is too close to or too far away from the slider for the caliper to bolt back on, you might have a bearing install problem.
