Yeah bearing on rotor side not in far enough. Both were flush with outer of hub.
Tapped it in until started pushing other side out, then tapped that side till rotor in middle of caliper.
All seems good now.

Good fix on the front. I thought that the rotor side would be completely bottomed out. How about the rear?

Just for future reference... the rotor side bearing is the first to be installed ( on single disc bikes) and it should be seated... then you slip in the internal spacer, and press in the opposite side bearing, until you touch the spacer, but not move the rotor side bearing. That should set up your alignments/clearances.
On a dual disc bike, the 'primary' side, (since there are 2 rotors) is the left side.
