In case you're serious, disconnect the Neg. terminal then the right.
Pull battery
Connect the Neg. terminal then the right.

Keep your alarm fob next to the bike or the alarm will go batshit when you disconnect the batt leads (thinking the bik'es being jacked), but otherwise it's easy.
From memory, you'll need a T5(?) Torx driver bit for the sidecover bolt (hidden slightly at the bottom of the batt cover).
Don't let Batt leads touch any metal/frame etc until both are clear of the Batt.

What? You can't.
When the battery is done the bike is wore out. You have to throw it away and buy a new one.
Please dispose of your bike properly, just throwing it in the trash is wrong, you should bring it to a recycle center.
