Default PowerVision mounting question

Does the PV come with a long enough cord to do the handlebar mount or do I need to order an extension ?

Also, I forgot to add this. Where are you routing the cord? Do you have to lift the gas tank to do it? Thanks

I don't know if they make different types but mine from FM came with a plenty long cord.

No, run it under the left side of the tank, little zip ties to things to keep it from dangling on the motor works.

depends on where you mount it on your handle bars and how tall they are.

Keep it low on your bars like near the riser clamp and there is more than enough cord.

Plenty of length, run under tank and zip tie. No need to lift tank. I found the mounting plate to be fragile. Be careful with it. Very happy with the tune. Bike runs great.

I have a Wide Glide with Apes and did it under tank and seat, through the wiring slit to the ecm on the left side. I have about 2 extra inches on the cable if I needed them.

That's how I routed mine as well. There is still a fair amount of cable coiled up under the seat as well. Mine is mounted on one of the risers of my t-bars. As mentioned above, the mounting plate that the power vision clips into is pretty fragile. I'm on my second one.
