Default super glide question

Quick question regarding my '09 super glide custom. The odometer is showing "diag", i have enough common sense to figure out it means diagnostic. My question is whether or not it's telling me something is wrong or just to get my standard maintenance. Im at 15,400 miles if that helps with an answer. Thanks!

I have not had this problem, but I would check everything that was at my "pay grade". You might find simple problem that you can fix. If not proceed to a mechanic that can diagnose it.

If it is showing that everytime you power up... your trip button on your side console is shorted, or that wire is pinched/grounded somewhere.

Any work on your console lately?

To put your system into 'DIAG' mode, you press your trip/reset button, and then power the bike on with your main switch (with your run switch on too)

I recently replaced the battery so that may have something to do with the diag message. Ill check it out and make sure everything is connected properly again. Thanks for the help!
