Yeah, thinking another 1.5" would also bring them about an inch closer as well
Yep. The LA Choppers extenders have a cup that your bars sit in, while the DK Customs is just a flat cylinder. Thinking about it, the DK may be a better design as the cup on the LA might let crud get inside and sit there. Probably doesn't make one bit of difference either way. DK does come with bolts though. LA not so much...

personally I would go with the DK ones,,, he always makes great products!! But dang it,,, I need chrome ones
I have a set of wct-bars that are 10" that i used 2 spacers, along with hardened washers to add an additional 2". It doesn't look good, but it's hidden behind the fairing anyway. Haven't had any issues with handling whatsoever.
Also nice because it's a cheap, easy way to custom adjust the height.
As I have to buy bolts, how far into the risers do they need to go? An inch and a half of threads into the risers good? I guess I could measure what comes out of the existing ones, but then I'd have to go to the store in mid swap and that won't make me happy...
I used "fat" 2" DKCustoms since i Had WCTB MX. Very solid and looked dope.
Before that used bungking extensions on sporty - they're cheap but well made.

Thanks for the info on BungKing. I'm probably going to order one of their crash bars (crash poles?) and the custom riser looks real nice. I did order the DK 3" extension for the short term, but definitly will have BK make one up. Perfect!
