Default 2002 wide glide brakes

Im can't get my brakes bled. Thought it was the master cylinder. Still nothing. I can not pull fluid from the master cylinder. I have a vacuum pump, put it on the bleeder. Nothing. Actually pulled the line off the master and put it in the jug of fluid. I pulled it all out of the bottle. Hooked the line back up to the master, nothing. Both master cylinders the same way. I bench bled the master, or thought I did. Maybe doing something wrong. This is the very first brake system I am stumped on. And I've done a lot of them. Any ideas?

You get nothing when you pump the brake lever?

Start from the beginning and re-bench bleed it. You're using the proper fluid?

I assume that is what is specified on the cover.
If you unhook the line from the banjo down at the caliper, do you get anything?

No. Nothing. Just seams weird both master cylinders would do exactly the same

Like I said. I can draw fluid from the line at the master cylinder but nothing from the master after I hook up the line.

Banjo bolt plugged? I'm stumped.
