2008 Dyna Super Glide....TSSM problem?
I have a 2008 Dyna Super Glide. After winter storage with a trickle charger on the battery I went to start it. I turned the key to the on position which usually turns on the gauge, headlight, etc. I got nothing. Checked battery volts....good. Checked + and - battery cables....good. Pulled each fuse for inspection........all good. Pulled out the TSSM below the fuse block, unplugged the harness, dusted it off, plugged it back in....I had power to the gauge, headlight, and the bike started. Today I unplugged the TSSM and took it to a dealer to see if they could test it....they couldn't. Came home, plugged it back in.....no power till I unplugged it and plugged it back in again. I'm afraid to ride for fear I get stranded somewhere. Any suggestions?

Dielectric Grease
I don't know if it will help but it cannot hurt to take each fuse out and grease it down with dielectric grease and reinstall. I have yet to see a Harley from the factory that has any kind if corrosion protection on or in the fuse box.
I did my small bike a couple of years after purchasing new and it was already starting to corrode. Do the same to the TSSM module where the prongs plug in.
