I kind of did the opposite, replacing the stock Street Bob mini apes with Super Glide bars. The clutch cable could be an inch or two shorter, but that's about it. You may have to get creative in re-routing the cables. You should have enough cable length so try it and see. Worst case is you have to go back to the SG bars until you get the right cables.
I put minis on my 2012 FXDC with all stock cables. Had to reroute the clutch to come up from under the frame on the right side and cross over in front. Zoom in and you can see in pic below.
