I have a stock 4.8 gal tank and I want to put in a bigger one.
I'm looking all over and it's proved very hard to find a large capacity tank for a fuel injected bike.
Short of me chopping up my old tank and welding on it does anyone have any leads as to where I can find a solution?
Let's say that you average 40 mpg on the highway. If you run down the tank to one gallon remaining that gives a range of 150 miles. IMO that's a pretty good run before you need to stretch, get a drink of water or take a leak.
Sorry, I know this doesn't give you the answer you want. Maybe someone will have an solution, but I've never seen or read about a swap to a bigger tank on these Dynas.
