I am looking to move the speed/tachometer to the front side of my t bars, that way they don't stick out the top of the fairing.
Any suggestions on what kind of clamps to use?
Also how am I to rotate the gauges so they are not upside down.

IF your risers are plain straight...

Uncrew them and refit them "upside down" with the wider handlebar bolts below instead of on top.

Now refit the instrument cluster mount as usual... and rotate the instruments 180° so that they read right side up!

 

lucky daves is a good clamp if you can not modify your original hardware to work as you want it to
