RAM X Mount works perfect for me.
I tried the HD phone mount and found it didn't work worth a damn.

I'm using a Rokform case and handlebar mount with my S5, works perfectly for my needs.

I have no problems with the Harley mount. Expensive, but everything Harley has it's name on is expensive.

www.quadlockcase.com

Made for cyclists, but excellent for bikers too. Very low profile mounts and rock solid at 110mph as tested by me.

I'm a big fan of Riders Claw. It's pricey, but very well made and sturdy.
