air cleaner
What kind of air cleaners are y'all running on your bikes? I have a '08 Super Glide and I'm leaning towards the Kuryakyn Blood Groove Hyppercharger but any other suggestions and recommendations are welcome and appreciated.

Go to DK Customs and also consider one with external breathers. Well documented with pics on their web site. They are also a forum sponsor.

The Hypercharger is just that, all Hype. There are plenty of good air cleaners on the market made by a lot of different companies. Arlen Ness, S&S, DK, Fuelmoto, K&N, etc, etc, etc. Look around at different styles and see which one appeals to you the most, besides that junk Kuryakin product.

No specific goal really, just wanting to upgrade from the factory one that's on there, I'm a fairly new rider only had my bike for a year, just now getting around to upgrading some of the stuff on it and wanted to get the opinions of some more experienced riders on what y'all have had good luck with.

Any freer-flowing filter element will be more than enough, unless you do major engine work. You will benefit from rerouting the crankcase breathers. Aside from that, it really comes down to what looks best to you.
