*and for full disclosure, I can not take full credit. I can't remember where, but I saw the drill and tap for the hose barb fitting here last year. However I WILL take FULL credit for the set screw plug of the oil passage! The other guy filled it with silicone or some ****.

Me too, my friend. I regret I'm not back home in northern Florida right now, trying to finalize the retirement and move; I'd have had him down to Lakeland to collect his new beastie in one quick hurry...

holy s***! the charity! this thread needs to make front page. the support is unbelievable. that's pure brotherhood. i really don't know what to say but, thank you all! i seriously appreciate this. i'm going to have to ship the bike around so you all get to ride what you helped rebuild, lol.
i actually went in the opposite direction of the bike. i'm in Atlanta for work.
i looked into the trailer from uhaul and i think i'll need to slip them a few bucks to look the other way since my jeep has a soft top but, you were right Mchad. it's about 30 a day. i'll take a run at them and hope they are being extra lazy
sure, pm me. i'm going to put the old school "twin cam" on the cam chest though
yeah, the mids feel better under foot on the highway, the wind pushes my feet off the forwards. it's odd, like reverse highway pegs
it was WKNDS, the mad scientist who randomly appears and blows minds like Bill Nye with his creations.
i like the pre-modded plate. i was going to do that to the one Maxxsmart had sent but, you've already done it. i never got around to it because i was resisting the work involved with removing the backplate and fighting o-rings.
it's unprecedented... literally.
retirement.... i have a good 20 years to go unless i hit a money tree next time i'm out on the highway in the rain, lol. 10 years would be light at the end of the tunnel.

Really? Mr safety would have feet on mids while the brake is all the way forward? I don't accept that.
