It was a lot of work. I sawed on that damn shaft for what seemed like forever but are on and the bike feels great.

 

I put some on mine this past week, I left the shifter in place and secured it with a chrome cover. Didn't want to lose the ability to go back to mids if the forwards didn't work out.

I bought mine used, they were off a 09 SB and it fit like a glove (2012 SGC)..

They do make the bike more comfortable don't they
